Presentation by the Head of Studies and the Director of Research i
Innovation
A new year we have the satisfaction of presenting the Scientific Report of the
Corporació Sanitària Parc Taulí, which collects the most outstanding data from the
research, innovation and teaching activities during 2012. These
results are, in themselves, the clearest recognition of the work and effort of the
professionals of our institution.
The Parc Taulí Health Corporation is a knowledge company that,
despite the current context of economic uncertainty, it has the quality of
the human team that makes it up and the determined support of its organs of
government. In this situation, these two intangibles have become, formally
most evident, decisive in the qualitative and quantitative advance of the results of the
scientific activities, as you can see in the report we present to you.
Efforts are now directed at maintaining our position in context
territorial, national and international level, and to create the right conditions
to continue to develop our full scientific potential. At the same time, this one
confidence encourages us to set even more ambitious goals. In that
sense, we are excited to get official recognition, like the center
of excellence in knowledge and research that we are and thus access
better conditions and resources that make us even more competitive in the environment
of the pursuit of excellence and innovation, sustainable.
