In clinical research
The CEIC is in constant contact with all actors related to
research projects: CEICs, Researchers, Pharmaceutical Industry and others
promoters of research projects throughout the process leading to the issuance of the
opinion on the proposed study or its modifications.
Once the favorable opinion has been issued, the contract is managed, with
advice from the legal service, between the CSPT, and the promoter.
Throughout the period in which the project is active the whole is managed
information and documentation generated (notifications of adverse effects,
annual and safety reports, etc.).
Every year the CEIC conducts a follow-up survey for all
active projects in order to update the status and information of the same.
In the creation of projects
The Project Office together with the Parc Taulí Innovation Unit supports
in the management and monitoring of innovation projects helping and advising on
the following phases:
Planning
Project definition
Definition of activities and schedule
Definition of the multidisciplinary work team (researchers, partners
technologists, healthcare staff, project manager, collaborators
external ...)
Search for funding and advice in the preparation of the
proposals
