What can you do from this space?

If you sign up forpersonal space (if you are already registered inParc Taulí app, is the same user), you will have access to all this information:

  • CONSULTATION AND APPOINTMENT MANAGEMENT. You can see the details of the appointments, both of waiting list, scheduled and completed. including date and time, service, type of visit, exact location of the Taulí complex, as well as the previous preparations, if they are needed. It also allows you to apply change or cancellation of the appointment.
  • INCLUSION OF CHILDREN AND GUARDIAN MINOR. If you have children under the age of 16 and/or under your care, you can include them when you register in the personal area and thus consult and manage their appointments together with yours.
  • PROOF OF ATTENDANCE. Once the visit has been completed, you can download the receipt, and thus avoid queuing to request it.
  • NOTIFICATIONS. You will be notified when a visit is scheduled or changed, and you will also receive visit reminders.

  • RECOMMENDATIONS FOR URGENT ATTENTION. The aim is to guide users on how to act in an emergency, providing information on 061 and Primary Care Emergency Centres.
  • WAITING TIME. Waiting times at Parc Taulí's Emergency Department are shown for severity levels 4 and 5, organized by specialties of care.

Indications for attending visits and tests

  • Have it handy health card.
  • It is important be punctual to avoid saturation of patients in the waiting room: don't come to the visit more than 15 minutes in advance. No tickets will be issued certifying your attendance before this time.
  • Scheduled visits are in person.

    In the event that the visit cannot be made in person and must be of a telephone nature, will receive one SMS notifying you of the day and time slot in which the hospital will contact you. The doctor will call you on the scheduled day (whenever possible, it will coincide with the day that was initially arranged).
