The CLINICAL LABORATORIES - CCSPT is the biomedical diagnostic service of the Parc Taulí Corporation Health Corporation that encompasses the different specialties of Laboratory Medicine and that is fully integrated with the Corporation's care process with the aim of obtaining synergistic effects that imply greater effectiveness , diagnostic effectiveness and efficiency.
Our PURPOSE is to generate analytical data and integrate them into useful information with diagnostic, prognostic and therapeutic monitoring value and to collaborate closely with clinicians in the patient care process.

Certifications and accreditations
- ISO 9001 certification: since 2010, all analytical tests and all service processes have been certified according to the ISO 9001 standard.
- ISO 15189 accreditation: the process has begun to accredit according to the ISO 15189 standard different tests and strategic processes to advance the consolidation of the service as a reference center for certain pathologies and diagnostic processes.
- Certification of BIOPARC CAT (Quality certification body in transfusion, cell and tissue therapy): achieved in 2024 in the area of the Transfusion Laboratory).
Our service participates in different units of accredited expertise together with the care units of the CCSPT.
