El WORKSHOPS Core is a central and transversal highly automated laboratory with a high care activity, we receive daily more than 1400 analytical requests. We differentiate between two areas: routine and emergencies with samples from different circuits, and also with different catalog of tests, timetables and response times:
Our Labs Core routine: hours from 8 a.m. to 21 p.m., the analyzes of hospitalized patients are processed, as well as those carried out at the sampling points of external consultations, of the specialized day hospitals of the hospital and primary care. We have a wide catalog of tests, and we distinguish between two major areas: that of serums (biochemistry, immunochemistry and serology) and the area of hematology (hematimetry and coagulation).
Emergency Laboratory: opening hours 24 hours/7 days a week. Urgent samples from the emergency room and hospitalization are processed with a very short response time and with a test catalog adapted to a type of faster clinical decision. About us
