Mission To provide quality personalized integral specialized medical care for scheduled and emergency patients with acute disease or acute manifestations of chronic disease, while considering aspects related with the prevention, control, rehabilitation, and reintegration of patients guided by the principles of prioritization in function of the prevalence, severity, and complexity of their health problems, and using the available means through cooperation with other agents within the healthcare system.
