El Dr. Enrique Casado, head of the Bone Metabolism Unit of the Rheumatology Service at the Parc Taulí University Hospital, organizes the 3rd edition of the course 4 Topics in osteoporosis
This training activity is aimed at medical and nursing staff interested in diagnosis and treatment of osteoporosis and the fragility fractures.
In this edition, 4 aspects will be addressed:
- The new version of FRAX
- Osteoporosis in patients with chronic kidney disease
- Osteonecrosis of the jaw as an adverse effect of some treatments
- Long-term sequential therapy.
