
The Rheumatology Service of Parc Taulí organizes the next Tuesday, September 29, from 9:00 a.m. to 13:00 p.m. (Auditorium), the 7th edition of the conference “4 topics in osteoporosis”.
This training activity, under the direction ofEnrique Casado, head of the Service's Bone Metabolism Unit, is aimed at medical personnel with an interest in the diagnosis and treatment of osteoporosis and fragility fractures (specialties of rheumatology, internal medicine, endocrinology, geriatrics, family medicine), nursing and physiotherapy personnel.
This edition will feature the following sessions:
- Which patient is primary and which patient should I refer to Rheumatology. Dr. Daniel Martínez-Laguna
- What do you need to know about denosumab treatment? Dr. Cristina Carbonell
- What you need to know about treatment with osteoformers. Dr. Laia Gifré
- Clinical cases. Dr. Enrique Casado and Dr. Paula Gabriel
The activity will be accredited by the Catalan Council for Continuing Education of the Health Professions – Commission for Continuing Education of the National Health System.
