How do we deal with the next COVID? Research, dissemination and patronage, the role of clinical professionals and citizens

The Parc Taulí Research and Innovation Institute is organizing the event “How do we approach the next COVID? Research, dissemination and patronage, the role of clinical professionals and the public ”.

The event will consist of a round table with the participation of Dra. Magda Campins, Dr. Manel Cervantes, Dr. Bonaventura Clotet and Dra. Mireia Subirana, and the journalist Marina Romero.

With these professionals, who have been some of the most respected and reference voices in this pandemic, we will discuss the importance of research in understanding how we have arrived at the current epidemiological situation and how we can anticipate the future. We will also reflect on how citizens can contribute to a new health challenge of this magnitude.

Later, with the aim of encouraging research and innovation at I3PT, the Teresa Escursell Scholarships will be awarded —in honor of Ms. Escursell, who gave his legacy to the research of the Institute—, the Impact COVID-19 scholarships and the intramural ones.
