Basic training for Parc Taulí volunteers

Volunteer training is one of the fundamental aspects of the Parc Taulí volunteer program. Today, everyone recognizes volunteer training as a right and an essential element for the correct development of volunteer work. Being a volunteer in the field of health does not only require a good predisposition and desire to do so, but also requires tools to pursue the excellence of your action.

Therefore, it is the obligation of Parc Taulí and the duty of the volunteer to accept the training proposals of the program and that these are appropriate to the tasks and actions to be carried out. This mandatory basic training frames the role of volunteering within the hospital and social health field and offers tools to the volunteer so that they can make an appropriate intervention at all times.

Targets

• Becoming aware of voluntary action: concept, evolution, motivations, limits and values
• Learn how the Parc Taulí volunteer program works

Training divided between July 1 and 3, totaling 6 hours.
