Parc Taulí, together with the Vallès Occidental Primary Care Service (ICS), is organizing the 2nd Primary Care - Hospital Care VOCE Conference.
This year, the Director of Strategy of the APIC of the Department of Health, Rafa Ruiz, will participate, who will explain the deployment of the coordination program between the different areas.
In addition, attendees will be able to follow the round table where the two healthcare departments of the Parc Taulí Healthcare Corporation Consortium and the VOCE APiC service will present their vision on clinical management. There will also be a follow-up on the different projects that began in the last session.
This year, the keynote session will be given by the director of Digital Strategy at the Sant Joan de Déu Hospital, Yolima Cossio.
The closing and awarding of the I3PT-Jordi Gol i Gurina Scholarship for the best coordination project between AP and AE will be made by the director of the Vallès Occidental East and West health sector, Ricard Armengol.
