The Emergency Service of the Hospital de Sabadell already has in full operation the different spaces that have been remodeled over the last few weeks, with the aim of improving the comfort of patients and relatives and within the framework of the actions of continuous improvement of this Service. The spaces that have undergone the biggest change are the Patient Waiting Room and the Level 1 Medical Area Armchairs. A new multifunctional box for hectic patient care has also been released and psychiatric isolates of patients with contagious diseases.

Next Saturday, October 25, will take place in the new Auditorium Taulí the day 'The Prader-Willi syndrome. Experience in a reference center ', with the participation of a hundred professionals from various specialties from different centers in Spain, and relatives of children affected by this syndrome. The day, of a practical nature, is organized by the Parc Taulí and the Prader-Willi Association of Catalonia. 

The Governing Council of the Parc Taulí Health Corporation has agreed to appoint Dr. Joan Martí López as the new general director of the institution, at the proposal of President Modesto Custodio, and as planned at the session held yesterday, 15 October.

The Catalan Public Health Agency considers the outbreak of legionellosis in Sabadell to be epidemiologically controlled. There have been no new victims who have started the symptoms during the last 13 days and who can be included in this community outbreak.
