Parc Taulí begins next Tuesday, September 14, the administration of the third dose of vaccination against covid to immunocompromised people

The third dose is aimed at people in one severe situation of immunosuppression, who suffer a high risk of inadequate immune response with the conventional vaccination schedule (two doses).

Following the instructions of the health authorities, this third dose is currently indicated for people with solid organ transplant, the receptors of the hematopoietic progenitor transplantation and people who have recently completed the treatment cycle with anti-CD20 drugs (rituximab, ocrelizumab, ofatumumab, veltuzumab, tositumomab and ibritumomab). It is possible that the third dose indication will later include other groups.

Users prioritized for this campaign who are vaccinated in the Parc Taulí of the two doses will receive, from today, an SMS message with the date and time proposed for the administration of this 3rd dose.
