Thousands of students attended the postgraduate courses in Nursing at Parc Taulí

Today marks the 10th anniversary of the university postgraduate courses in Nursing with a day in which the accreditations of this course will be given to students and various presentations will be offered.
Under the motto "10 years betting on the best of professional skills", the new Taulí Auditorium today hosts the day of celebration of the 10th anniversary of the Postgraduate Nursing that are organized in the Parc Taulí through the Parc Taulí Foundation - UAB University Institute, and within the framework of the Nursing teaching program.
During these ten years, a thousand students have attended the postgraduate courses 'Comprehensive care for critically ill patients with cardiovascular and / or respiratory pathology', 'Comprehensive care for the severely traumatic patient', 'Comprehensive nursing care for the frail patient' and in the postgraduate course in Nephrological Nursing, of a biannual nature, in collaboration with the EUI Gimbernat.
In the course of today's conference, there will be three lectures of a transversal nature and of multidisciplinary interest that analyze current issues. Sabadell Hospital Cardiologist Johnny Gumà will talk about 'Health Coaching'; Xavier Rico and Josep Ortiz, from the Simulation Classroom of the Fundació Parc Taulí, on 'Simulation: a teaching methodology with a future' and Roger Sales, from the Valorisation and Innovation Unit, will address the aspects of 'Innovation and creativity' .
The head of the Parc Taulí Nursing Teaching Program, Montserrat Montaña, states that “we have been able to maintain the number of students in all editions of the postgraduate courses, and we can say that this has been thanks to the high level of our professionals and of the firm commitment for the teaching of our institution. The will to be a reference in postgraduate nursing training is one of the strategic lines of Parc Taulí, and we are working to consolidate the current offer and make it grow in the future ”.
At the closing ceremony of the day, accreditations will be given to the 81 students who have participated in the 2014-2015 academic year of these postgraduate courses.
