The professionals of the Urology Service of the Hospital de Sabadell, as the organizing committee of the 'XXVI National Meeting of Lithiasis, Laparoscopy and Robotics Endourology Groups', will participate on 28 and 29 January in a conference that will bring together more than 250 specialists in Urology. The president of the organizing committee is the director of the Urology Service of the Hospital de Sabadell, Joan Prats López, who emphasizes the importance of hosting in Sabadell this meeting of professionals experts in urological surgical techniques of minimal invasion, and the fact that share experiences in new technologies and surgical tactics.

The Urology Service of Sabadell Hospital has always opted for less aggressive surgical techniques to treat these pathologies, in order to offer the best quality of care to its patients and optimize resources. Parc Taulí is a benchmark in the treatment of oncological and congenital pathology using retroperitoneoscopy techniques, conducting training courses in the hospital and at conferences of the Spanish Society of Urology since 2010. Since 2012, laparoscopic surgery courses in adrenal pathology have also been carried out. Since 2005, extraperitoneal laparoscopic radical prostatectomies have been routinely performed at Sabadell Hospital as a pioneering center throughout Spain.
