The Antaviana Community Rehabilitation Center, together with chef Dolors Perich, has published a cookbook that will go on sale next Friday, April 22 in the morning. You will find them in front of the Santa Fe building where they will have a stop with the book "Cuina d'Antaviana".
The book is a collection of approximately 100 recipes that have been cooked during the 8 years that the workshop is held with users and with Dolors, a volunteer and cook. Every Friday they shared the space of the Creu Alta civic center, where they learned to prepare more than a hundred dishes of healthy and balanced products, seasonal and from different places, all of them easy and healthy.
Antaviana is a word imagined by Pere Calders in a children's story published in "Cavall Fort". It was included in the Dictionary of the Institut d'Estudis Catalans and later gave its name to the Center. Next year the Antaviana Center will be 25 years old. Since its inception, its task has been to facilitate the comprehensive community rehabilitation of people suffering from mental disorders with functional repercussions.
Professionals, users and volunteers at the Antaviana Center will be very excited to take this book home for St. George's Day!
We wait for you!
