Parc Taulí is immersed in the transformation of its intranet and, for this reason, it is being carried out Preliminary Market Consultation to define which cost structure and under what approximate schedule a future contracting of a project for the development and implementation of a corporate intranet that replaces the current platform should be considered, so that it is viable under the conditions of quality and security being pursued.
The Intranet of the Consorci Corporació Sanitària Parc Taulí de Sabadell is an own development platform that has been in operation since 1999 and that provides services to the professionals of the consortium and its instrumental entities (Sabadell Gent Gran Center de Serveis, SA and Fundació Holiday park Taulí). With more than 20 years of operation, the Parc Taulí intranet is a tool that facilitates internal communication and collaboration between professionals. The rooting of the intranet and its use by the institution's more than 4.000 professionals is evident with a monthly average of more than 500.000 consultations.
During 2020, a review of the content architecture was proposed and low- and high-fidelity prototypes were made that represented the proposed changes in terms of functionality and design. In the next phase of development and implementation, it is proposed to achieve the change of technological platform, towards a more interactive and versatile content platform that facilitates the maintenance and updating of content by the professionals responsible for its publication and optimization. and improve the benefits of a social and collaborative intranet.
