Two nurses from Parc Taulí, members of the Advisory Taulí of the Social and Health Master Plan of the Department of Health

The head of the Nursing Area for Research, Innovation and Teaching at Parc Taulí, Ester Risco, and the head of the Nursing Area for the Fragile and Dependent Patient, Ingrid Bullich, have joined the Advisory Taulí of the Socio-Health Master Plan of the Department of Health, which has just been renewed and was presented yesterday, April 25th. It is noteworthy that one of the five members of the Sociosanitary Master Plan is the executive director of Sabadell Gent Gran i Atenció a la Dependència Parc Taulí, Sònia Mariscal, who has been combining the two responsibilities since last October.
The Sociosanitary Advisory Council is made up of 20 expert professionals from different health profiles and healthcare areas, and has the function of advising on strategic actions arising from the Sociosanitary Master Plan. Especially with regard to the review of geriatric and palliative care models; attention to chronicity; the development of clinical practice recommendations and guidelines and prioritized care plans; the design of tools to implement models that improve efficiency, and service reorganization plans, among others.
Yesterday's session set out the status of the strategic actions of the Socio-sanitary Master Plan, the task of the Advisory Taulí and the work of the working groups in the current context. The publication of the Health Care Plan for People with Mild Cognitive Impairment and Dementia in Catalonia was also presented.
In this new stage, the Socio-sanitary Advisory Council is chaired by Jordi Roca, Director of Strategy and Innovation of the Vic Hospital Consortium, and has Sebastià Santaeugènia, director of the Health and Health Master Plan, as coordinator.
