The fifth Sabadell Corre polos Nens i Nenes solidarity race brought together more than 3.200 people on Sunday. As in previous editions, there were two outings - the one with reduced mobility and the other for athletes - and the Parc Taulí site marked both the point of arrival and the point of departure. The main streets of the Center of Sabadell were filled with runners, adults and children, in a sky blue tide. Afterwards, there was a program of activities such as a solidarity bar, children's activities and a concert by the band Miops.
As you may recall, the benefits of this great celebration of solidarity in Sabadell will go towards improving the quality of life of pediatric patients suffering from a serious chronic illness, and those receiving palliative care, cared for by the team of professionals from the Unit specializing in pediatric complex and palliative care patients at Parc Taulí.
The previous four editions of this race have always broken the record for registrations, and now amount to more than 120.000 euros, which have been allocated to different solidarity projects, always linked to children.
Many thanks to each and every one of the organizers, participants and all the people who made the XNUMXth Sabadell Run for Boys and Girls Race possible, and who once again filled Parc Taulí with smiles and solidarity!
