Cristina Melero has a Diploma in Labor Relations and a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology with double honors (clinical and organizational), and has developed her professional life combining the aspects of care and human resources. She is a General Health Psychologist and has a Master's degree in Clinical Neuropsychology with accreditation of expertise at national level. Accredited in Emergency Psychology and Coaching Psychology. Master's Degree in Teacher Training, Postgraduate Degree in Talent Development in Organizations, and currently studying Master's Degrees in Business Administration and Management, and Human Resources Management.
She joined Taulí 17 years ago, as an intern in her first university degree, and from then until her current appointment she has worked in various positions and areas of expertise in Human Resources, showing a strong commitment to the challenges and the transformation of the field, as well as in general with the institution, which he considers his home.
The Human Resources Management Directorate brings together all the functions related to regulatory compliance, recruitment, remuneration and other obligations both from a legal point of view and the application of the Agreement, in order to ensure the continuity of the operations that until now were carried out in the department, so that, at the same time, it can grow and consolidate the area of development and talent, under the new Human Resources Department.
