Pedro Cano has a degree in Medicine and Surgery from the University of Barcelona, with postgraduate training in health management from ESADE. He has worked in the design and development of a network of assistance and care services for the elderly, and has extensive experience in the implementation of transformation and innovation projects in this area.
Cano has until now been director of Projects and Operations of Sabadell Gent Gran, with the role of strengthening the Directorate of the field and leading, under the guidelines of the General Directorate, one of the projects promoted by the Catalan Health Service ( CatSalut), as "Transformers of Health".
In his new role as Director of Strategy, Planning and Organization of the Parc Taulí, Cano has the responsibility of promoting and facilitating the creation and development of the Taulí's strategic initiatives and making a transformation process a reality that should allow the Consorci Corporació Sanitària Parc Taulí de Sabadell respond in the coming years to the challenges of new care needs, the increase in chronicity, changes in mental health and integrated social and health care for the people we serve service
