Parc Taulí has opened its doors to more than 150 people interested in doing their Specialized Health Training (MIR, FIR, PIR and IIR) at the institution.
The Parc Taulí Teaching Committee has organized these days, which began with the virtual door days from March 11 to 15.
Today's day began with the welcome of the Head of Studies at Parc Taulí, Pepi Rivera, to the future residents and explaining in detail the training, research and innovation offered by the institution.
Then, Dra. Yolanda Garcia (oncology); the Dr. Enrique Casado (rheumatology) and Dr. Naim Hannaoui (urology), resident tutors, explained what it's like to be a resident at Parc Taulí. This conversation has been complemented by the experiences of two residents María García (R3 MIR- Internal Medicine) and Adriana Ferrandis (R2 IIR – Paediatrics). To finish, the future residents visited the different services and units of Parc Taulí.
The objective of the conference is to make known the characteristics that Parc Taulí offers from the point of view of assistance, teaching and research. These days bring our facilities and the residents of the Corporation closer to all those who wish to do residency at our institution. At Parc Taulí we have 72 places for training in 36 accredited specialties.
