Taulí Talks are monthly sessions focused on explaining the management and strategic positioning of Parc Taulí in the care and organizational field. These decisions are taught by professionals from Parc Taulí and by illustrious speakers.
One of the strategic axes of the general management is to put the patient at the center and drive the patient experience. For this reason, the first session of the Taulí Talks was about the patient experience and citizen participation, "From the patient as recipient of services to patient participation for the improvement of health care”, which has included presentations by Dr. Joan Escarrabill, eminence and pioneer in the world of Patient Experience in our country, and Mrs. Cristina Montané, Patient Advocate.
The president of Parc Taulí, Dolors Costa, welcomed the session by recalling that last March the Council of Entities and Associations of the Consorci Corporació Sanitària Parc Taulí was set up.to guarantee the corporation's link with society and with the will to put the patient at the center. For his part, the head of patient experience and citizen participation, Víctor Vergés, explained what patient experience means and how the Parc Taulí works to guarantee this active participation.
