Yolanda Lejardi Estévez is family and community specialist nurse, trained at the University of Barcelona, and has combined her activity in the healthcare system with teaching as an associate professor at the Faculty of Nursing at this university.
She began her professional career as a care nurse at the Mollet Health Foundation hospital, where she worked in inpatient units for 6 years, later moving to primary and community care where she has developed most of her assistance race between Barcelona City and Metropolitana Nord.
In 2007, he started the path of management as head of nursing at the Barcelona Primary Care of the Catalan Institute of Health, where he subsequently held the position of assistant manager. At the ICS she has held positions as director of primary care teams, the Corporate Management of Quality and Strategy, the Corporate Management of Primary Care, and in 2022 the Institution's Management-Directorate.
In 2016, he led the Department of Health, the Citizen Participation Framework of Catalonia, current frame of reference for the health participation strategy. She has also participated as an expert in projects such as Transformation of the Public Health System. 30 measures to strengthen the health system.
Trained in management, with a Master's Degree in Health Services Management in Primary Care, a Postgraduate Diploma in Nursing and a Master's Degree in Nursing Services Management, in the last year, as System Transformation Manager at CatSalut, she has been in at the head of the National Health Pact.
Yolanda Lejardi takes over the Quality Management from Carmen Díaz, who retired last April, after 35 years of outstanding professional career at Parc Taulí.
