World Mental Health Day

This 2024, the motto of the World Day has been "It's time to prioritize mental health in the workplace". This year we want to raise awareness that safe and healthy work environments can act as a protective factor in mental health. Stigma, discrimination and exposure to risky situations, such as harassment or precarious working conditions, can seriously affect people's mental health and their quality of life.
