Yesterday ended the WeMind International Forum in Barcelona with the presentation of the WeMind awards from the WeMind Cluster. In this edition, two projects of the Parc Taulí Health Corporation were nominated in the Digital Transformation category.
Finally, the IDICIUS project was the winner of this category. This project aims to prevent and manage suicide through two algorithms based on artificial intelligence. In this way, it will be possible to predict the risk of death by suicide and the suicidal behavior of people treated in the public health system of Catalonia.
You were a finalist in the 'Dual Bike' therapy project. This therapy has been used successfully for more than a year in Sabadell Seniors to enhance cognitive exercises through physical exercise.
The WeMind International Forum was attended by a large delegation from Parc Taulí: the Director of Innovation and Projects, Pedro Cano; the director of Sabadell Gent Senior, Sònia Mariscal; the person in charge of Patient Experience and Citizen Participation, Víctor Vergés; the head of research and innovation in care and home care, Ester Risco; the data engineer of the I3PT, Marc Caravaca and the physiotherapist, Ane Izaguirre.
