This morning, Joan Fèlix and Xavier Garcia, violists from the Vallès Symphony Orchestra (OVS) offered a small concert in the Pediatrics section of Parc Taulí for admitted children and their families and young people at the Hospital mental health day and the Adolescent Crisis Unit.
Young people and children, accompanied by their relatives, have enjoyed a musical journey from the Baroque, with Johan Sebastian Bach, to the present day, with traditional Irish and Scottish songs, with a tango by Carlos Gardel or with the legendary song Strangers in the night by Frank Sinatra. The concert ended with traditional carols like The Armored Demon o the night of the mother.
With this activity, Parc Taulí begins to decorate itself and welcome Christmas.
The Vallès Symphony Orchestra is one of the most important orchestras in Catalonia and has strong roots in the city of Sabadell, where it was born in 1987.
