The Parc Taulí Stroke Unit awarded, for the second year in a row, the diamond distinction of the Angels prize of the European Stroke Organization (ESO)

Since 2023, the Parc Taulí Stroke Code Unit has been part of the European registry ResQ (Registry of Stroke Care Quality), developed within the framework of the European Stroke Organization to help healthcare professionals monitor and improve the quality of stroke care.

To be part of this register, different care quality standards must be met, which apply throughout the process of care and activation of the stroke code. In this register, the different units are scored according to the time of assistance and the assistance process.

For the second consecutive year, Parc Taulí has ​​obtained excellent results and has been awarded the highest prize of the European Stroke Organization (ESO), the Angels prize with Diamond distinction.

From the team that participates in the stroke code circuit, they are very proud to be recognized with this award because it is a recognition of Parc Taulí as a center of reference and high quality care. Likewise, a grant has been obtained to obtain the European Certificate of Higher Education, which recognizes the hospital as a comprehensive and model care center for stroke patients in Europe.
