Dr. Maria del Carmen Sanclemente Ansó has a Degree in Medicine and Surgery from the Autonomous University of Barcelona (UAB). Doctorate in Medicine from the University of Barcelona (UB) with the thesis Analysis of clinical activity, user satisfaction and cost/effectiveness of a Rapid Diagnostic Unit i Master's degree in Health Management from the International University of Catalonia (UIC).
With twenty years of experience in healthcare management, projects and care processes, Dr. Sanclemente also has extensive knowledge in alternatives to conventional hospitalization.
She has been head of emergency at Mollet Hospital; deputy medical director of the outpatient area at Bellvitge University Hospital and, until now, has been the medical director at Son Espases University Hospital in Palma, Mallorca.
Dr. Sanclemente joins the Parc Taulí team as healthcare director with the desire to carry out new projects to continue improving the center's healthcare quality and continue to position Parc Taulí among the leading hospitals in Catalonia and Spain.
