Parc Taulí celebrated the International Day for Safety and Health at Work with a day framed within Healthy Week, where different activities have been programmed for the team of professionals from the Parc Taulí Healthcare Corporation Consortium (CCSPT) from April 24 to April 30.
The general director of Parc Taulí, Dr. Gemma Craywinckel, opened this day with her commitment to guaranteeing and improving the well-being of professionals. "Safety and prevention in our field goes beyond work accidents and focuses more on the search for the well-being of professionals and having resources to guarantee a good working environment. From the institutions we must guarantee this healthy, close and calm environment."” said Dr. Craywinckel.
The opening ceremony was also attended by the head of Prevention and Health at Work, Pilar Peña, who made an assessment of the impact that Law 31/1995, on the prevention of occupational risks, represented, and where it should evolve to continue guaranteeing the safety and health of workers.We are beginning to enter environments where psychosocial risks are paramount. We must all work to create safe and healthy environments.", explained Peña. For her part, the reference for professional development, skills and well-being, Esther Bonet, explained the evolution and new objectives of the healthy Parc Taulí promoter group. During this Occupational Health and Safety Conference, the Director of People, Sandra Tobias, presented the Psychosocial Risk Assessment Survey at Parc Taulí which will be published on May 14 to find out what the current situation is at the center, the last survey was carried out in 2019.It is an important tool for diagnosing and defining actions that will later be evaluated.“.
