The Citizen Service Office at Parc Taulí has extended its hours to improve the quality of care for patients and their families.
From July 1, citizens will be able to make their thanks, complaints and suggestions in person from Monday to Friday from 9:30 a.m. to 14 p.m. Outside these hours, citizens can complete these procedures at the service desks in Parc Taulí or on the website, in this space.
The location of the Citizen Service Office remains the same, at the entrance to the hospital lobby on the right, in cubicle number 10.
