Patients and their families play a key role in hospital transformation models. For this reason, knowing their needs is essential to generate an optimal care model.
This year, Parc Taulí renews its participation in the Congress focused on the Patient Experience –XPatient Barcelona Congress- with a day focused on the role of patients and their families in addressing rare diseases.
During the session, which will take place on September 16 in the Parc Taulí auditorium at 11 p.m., different initiatives that are being carried out at the hospital will be addressed, such as the creation and establishment of the liaison office as a single window for input and output of information on everything that refers to minority diseases.
