She holds a Law Degree from Pompeu Fabra University (2006) and a Degree in Political Science and Public Administration from the Autonomous University of Barcelona (2010). Master's Degree in Health Management (2011) and Doctorate in Human, Legal and Social Sciences, with cum laude mention (2017), from the International University of Catalonia; Postgraduate Diploma in Expertise in Citizen Participation, Democratic Deliberation and Digital Technologies (2025).
Her career has always been linked to the healthcare world. She has been responsible for HR at the Hospital de Viladecans and responsible for the PADEICS project, expert healthcare programs, at the Catalan Institute of Health. Until now, she has been coordinator of Care and Citizen Participation at the Vall d'Hebron Hospital, where she has led the design and implementation of the patient and professional participation model, shared dedications, the deployment of PREM's questionnaires and sex and gender policies.
She is also vice president of the Healthcare Network for CSR and Sustainability, which works to implement and guarantee corporate social responsibility and sustainability policies in the healthcare sector.
In the field of teaching, she participates as a collaborating professor in the Medicine Degree at the International University of Catalonia and in different postgraduate and continuing education courses.
Ana Martí joins the Parc Taulí Health Corporation as the new Director of Strategy and Quality with the commitment to promote the hospital's strategic planning, hand in hand with the team of professionals, to continue working to guarantee quality care, centered on the person and based on evidence. With the aim of achieving excellent health outcomes, strengthening the experience of patients and their environment.
