The Parc Taulí Teaching Unit has more than 250 students who are in the 3rd, 4th, 5th and 6th years of the Degree in Medicine at the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona (UAB). Since the 2008/2009 academic year, when theoretical and practical teaching began, it has consolidated itself as one of the teaching units of the UAB.
Yesterday, the 2nd year students of the UAB's Degree in Medicine, who attended the information session, were able to learn from the 3rd year Medicine students how the Parc Taulí Teaching Unit works, highlighting the proximity between the staff of the units and the students; the monitoring of the teaching staff and the participation of the Parc Taulí Health Corporation in the training of the students.
This year it is expected that there will be around 72 places to study the 3rd Degree in Medicine at Parc Taulí and it is expected that, as in recent years, these places will be chosen as first choice.
The Parc Taulí Teaching Unit is one of the four teaching units of the Faculty of Medicine of the Autonomous University of Barcelona (UAB), along with Vall d'Hebron, Germans Trias i Pujol and Sant Pau.
