Parc Taulí has dismissed the nine nursing residents, who began their specialized health training (EIR) in 2024, from the specialties of obstetrics and gynecology, pediatrics and mental health.
The event began with a welcome from Dr. Pepi Rivera, head of studies at Parc Taulí, Dr. Noemí Obregón, director of nursing, and the president of Parc Taulí, Dolors Costa.
This year, the director of the Affective, Sexual and Reproductive Health Plan of the Department of Health, Ramon Escuriet, gave the keynote address at the event, where he highlighted the different nursing profiles and the importance of having nurses as role models.
The most emotional part was when Gemma Gómez, tutor of the pediatric residents, and two residents, Soraya Calvo, resident of Pediatrics, and Laura Puerta, resident of Gynecology and Obstetrics, spoke about their experience during these two years.
The president of the Nursing Teaching subcommittee of the Parc Taulí Healthcare Corporation Consortium (CCSPT), Glòria Rebollo, and the general director of the institution, Gemma Craywinckel, gave the institutional farewell, wishing the professionals luck and success.
The event ended with a special performance by Maria Eugènia Casanova, who gave a performance about the different roles of the nurse.
