Yesterday, the farewell took place for the 50 residents from 27 specialties who began their specialized healthcare training at Parc Taulí during 2020 and 2021.
The ceremony began with the institutional welcome by Ms. Dolors Costa, president of the Parc Taulí Healthcare Corporation Consortium (CCSPT), who highlighted the contribution of the residents in the healthcare work and emphasized that “Parc Taulí will always be his home”Immediately, the head of studies and director of Teaching, Dr. Pepi Rivera, thanked them for their understanding throughout the years of residency and for their critical spirit and enthusiasm.
Next, Adriana Campmany, Radiodiagnostics specialist, Maria Eugenia Zegrí, Urology specialist, Alba Vilas and Elisenda Alves, Pediatrics specialists, explained what it was like to do the residency at the center. “Without a doubt, I would choose Parc Taulí again when it comes to doing my residency.””, they emphasized together. Likewise, Dr. Juan David Barbero and Dr. Francesc Novell, resident tutors, encouraged the future assistants to undertake challenges with integrity, desire and determination.
The session continued with the delivery of individual gifts in recognition of the residents' time at the institution by Dr. Gemma Craywinckel, general director of the CCSPT, Dr. Jordi Gratacós, medical director, Ms. Cristina Melero, director of Organizational Culture and Talent, and Ms. Dolors Costa.
