    Willingness to guarantee decent care and end of life with adequate symptom control and emotional support for the patient and his family. It involves all professionals and devices, having the palliation resources when the needs are complex and intensive.
  • Early planning of decisions

    Willingness to detect, record and incorporate in the clinical decisions the values, wills and preferences of the patient and his environment in the treatment and monitoring of chronic non-healing diseases. It involves all professionals and devices and the agreements reached are communicated to primary care, where appropriate, to elaborate the PIIC (Shared Comprehensive Intervention Plan) in the PCC and MACA patients.
