You could say there are patients who are like on the team.

This is the case of José Zamora. A patient whose chronic illness and life often leads him to make admission to the Hospital. With him and his wife, a great caregiver, we lived the dream of being parents and the arrival of little Elsa. We have also experienced amputations and all sorts of diabetic, cardiac and renal decompensations. But José is an example of an evolved chronic patient who struggles every day to control his chronic pathologies and to be able to take little Elsa to school.

-José, how many times have you entered with us in HaD?

-I have been entering since 2008 every year or every two years… 8-9 times in total.

-What do you see as a positive when making a deposit in HaD?

-All. In general everything. She is very comfortable. You are with the family. I can go out and see friends. You are in your house.

-We have given you intravenous treatments and we have done complex care, all in your home. Do you think you did the same treatment as at the Hospital?

-I think so. I am totally sure because I had started a lot of treatment at the Hospital before going with you.

-Would you say that the care received by the team has been personalized and adapted to your health situation?

- Yes. I think it’s all adapted to my illness.

-What would you say to someone who has to enter and is afraid to do so in HaD?

-Don't be afraid of anything. That the treatment has always been very good.
