VISIT THE MINORITY DISEASES UNIT - TAULÍ PARK 

 

To access the Rare Diseases Unit at Parc Taulí, it is essential that either your primary care physician (CAP) or your referring physician at your hospital send a referral request to the liaison office from Parc Taulí. It is not possible to access the Rare Diseases Unit on your own initiative without a referral from a specialist.

 

1) If Hospital Parc Taulí is your reference hospital, you must ask your primary care doctor for a referral to the Rare Diseases Unit of Parc Taulí as a center belonging to the Minority Disease Care Network of Catalonia. The referral request can be made through the liaison office of the Parc Taulí.

Once we have received the request, the corresponding visits will be scheduled and those interested will be notified. 

 

2) In the event that Hospital Parc Taulí is NOT your hospital of reference, you must ask either your primary care physician (CAP) or your hospital specialist to request a referral to the Rare Diseases Unit of Parc Taulí as a center belonging to the Network 'Attention to the Rare Diseases of Catalonia. The referral request can be made through the liaison office of the Parc Taulí.

Once we have received the request, the corresponding visits will be scheduled and those interested will be notified. 

 

3) P.agents from other autonomous communities

If you are a resident of another autonomous community other than Catalonia, you must ask the specialist at your hospital to request a referral to the Minority Disease Unit of Parc Taulí as a center belonging to the Care Network the Rare Diseases of Catalonia. The referral request can be made through the liaison office of the Parc Taulí.

In the case of an external resident in Catalonia, the doctor must process the request through the SIFCO system. 

Once we have received the request, the corresponding visits will be scheduled and those interested will be notified.
