VISIT THE MINORITY DISEASES UNIT - TAULÍ PARK 

 

To access the Parc Taulí Rare Diseases Unit, it is essential that your primary care physician (CAP) send a referral request to the liaison office. It is not possible to access the Rare Diseases Unit on your own initiative.

1) If L'Hospital Parc Taulí is your reference hospital, you must ask your primary care doctor for a referral to the Rare Diseases Unit of Parc Taulí as a center belonging to the Rare Diseases Care Network of Catalonia. The referral request can be sent through the liaison office.

In the event that primary care is denied access to the Rare Diseases Unit of Parc Taulí, you can notify the Citizen Care Service of the Catalan Health Service and / or e-mail. 2) If L'Hospital Parc Taulí is not your reference hospital, you should ask your primary care physician for a referral to your referral hospital. From there, the specialist at your reference hospital will be able to request a referral to the Rare Diseases Unit of Parc Taulí as a center belonging to the Rare Diseases Care Network of Catalonia. The referral request can be sent through the liaison office.
