Shipping rules
- Start date for submission of communications: April 18, 2024
- Deadline for sending communications: May 30, 2024
- The summary must be sent by e-mail to the Technical Secretariat: This e-mail address is being protected from robots spam.Necessites Javascript enabled to view it.
- Maximum 10 authors per abstract
Very important: Enter all the data of the authors: name and surname, center, department, country of origin and email (to send the corresponding certificates)
- Report the type of presentation: Oral presentation, oral presentation (poster accepted) or poster presentation.
- Text of the free summary structured in: Introduction, Objectives, Material, Method, Results and Conclusions
- The abstract (excluding titles, authors, and workplaces) cannot exceed 400 words. If you want to attach a chart or chart, you cannot exceed 300 words.
- Oral presentation: will last 8 minutes plus 2 minutes of discussion.
- Poster presentation: There will be no poster presentation, but one of the authors is advised to be present during breaks.
- Language: The summary of the papers must be submitted in Spanish.
- The author who submits the oral communication / poster (if accepted), must be registered in the Congress.
- The evaluation of the communications is done anonymously by the reviewers. The work center data will be indicated exclusively in the corresponding section of the authors. The center / hospital cannot be named in the title and / or text of the summary. Failure to comply with this rule may result in a penalty in the valuation.
