Next Tuesday, April 26 at 19 pm, the Scientific Café will be held Technological innovation in the healthcare system. What do we do at Taulí ?, by the Dr. Luis Blanch, specialist in Intensive Care Medicine, director of theParc Taulí Research and Innovation Institute (I3PT), and coordinator of the Platform for the Invigoration and Innovation of the Industrial Capacities of the National Health System (ITEMAS).

Blanch will invite the public to get up close and personal what is innovation and, in particular, what we mean when we talk abouthospital innovation. He will also explain the success story of the Parc Taulí Research and Innovation Institute, which has become a reference model for the whole of Spain. Blanch will also offer his vision on the challenges and opportunities for the future offered by hospital innovation, both globally and in the particular case of Parc Taulí.

This session will be in hybrid format:

Sabadell scientific coffees 2022

The Catalan Institute of Paleontology Miquel Crusafont (ICP), the Association for the Defense and Study of Nature (ADENC), the Sabadell Astronomical Association, the Bosch i Cardellach Foundation, the Parc Taulí Health Corporation, La Ruda friends of Can Deu for organic farming and the Unió Excursionista de Sabadell (UES) and the Academy of Medical Sciences begin this February the tenth edition of the Scientific Cafés program in Sabadell.

The aim of the Scientific Cafés is to offer citizens the opportunity to speak in a relaxed atmosphere and to exchange opinions on scientific topics with a reference expert. The space chosen for this conversation between science and society is the bar on the premises of the Unió Excursionista on Carrer de la Salut.

The sessions of the Scientific Cafés are held one Tuesday per month, at 7 p.m., at Bar of the Unió Excursionista de Sabadell (c / De la Salut 14-16 Sabadell). The talks are free.
