I3PT receives the HRS4R seal of excellence from the European Commission

The stamp HRS4R (Human Resources Strategy for Researchers) certifies that I3PT complies with the principles of European Charter for Researchers and the Contract Code of Conduct research staff, with an open, transparent and merit-based recruitment process (Open Transparent Based Recruitment).
The HRS4R strategy aims to contribute to the development of an attractive European labor market for all research staff, this will allow us to achieve international visibility by providing a favorable environment for research with equal opportunities, ethical integrity and work balance. . In addition, this accreditation favors a favorable evaluation of the proposals presented within the Horizon Europe European Framework Program, and especially in the Marie Sklodowska-Cuerie Actions calls.
In 2017, the I3PT began the recognition process in line with the principles of the Charter and the Code, with a GAP analysis and an action plan. In March 2018 it received some recommendations and work has been done on their implementation during 2018 and 2019.
Finally, in May 2020, the action plan was presented again following the recommendations of the European Commission, and on March 2, 2021, approval was obtained. You can consult the phases for obtaining the HRS4R seal in the human resources space.
Thanks to this seal, the I3PT aims to meet the goal of continuous improvement in relation to the European Charter and Code and it is planned to monitor the implementation of the plan in order to renew the recognition received within two years.
