This week has launched the 1st call of the Node Taulí Incubation Program, aimed at centers affiliated to the Taulí Node according to the PT20 ISCIII (I3PT, Consorci Sanitari Integral, Consorci Sanitari Terrassa, Mútua Terrassa, Fundació Privada Hospital Asil de Granollers and Consorci Sanitari d'Alt Penedès-Garraf).
The program, based on the LEAN methodology, has been designed to promote innovative culture, improve the efficiency of the innovation process and increase the impact of participating projects, among others.
During the 5 months of the program, the participating research teams will obtain essential tools and resources for both the validation and enhancement of their projects, and will have the support of a team of people with experience in innovation and entrepreneurship.
Thus, among the benefits of participating in the program are:
- Positioning of the participating projects in the ITEMAS hospital innovation network
- Provision of 1 hour per week of a reference manager per project
- Networking with the other participating teams
- Creation of strategic documentation for competitive calls
- Standardization of the LEAN methodology for project management
