The Technology and Innovation Forum returns to Sabadell for the twelfth consecutive year. The activity, which brings together around 100 people linked to technology centers, other research entities and companies each year, will be held in person on June 18 at the Can Roqueta Industrial Business Center (Av. de Can Bordoll, 119). With the title "Health tech", The forum, focused this year on technology and health, opens the door to exploring new opportunities in the sector aimed at developing technological solutions in the field of health.. In fact, the objective of this event is to promote and energize relationships between companies and technology and research centers, as well as to publicize innovative projects with a high technological component related to the scope of the Forum. The day will be structured in three parts. First, a conference roundtable. Next, a maximum of 15 participants will have the opportunity to present their technological innovation project associated with the Forum to the assembled audience. In order to be able to present in this Marketplace, where the trends and challenges of the sector are made known, interested individuals and entities must register in advance. The selection of presentations will be made according to technical criteria. The deadline for registration in the Marketplace ends on May 28.

The last block of the day will open up the possibility of making new contacts with the Brokerage. In this part, companies, research groups, technology centers, universities, researchers and other professionals will have the opportunity to hold bilateral meetings that allow them to delve deeper into their common interests and explore possibilities for collaboration in new projects. To participate in this part of the day, it is also necessary to register in advance so that an agreed meeting agenda can be drawn up.

The activity is organized by the City Councils of Sabadell and Barberà del Vallès with the collaboration of the Parc Taulí Research and Innovation Institute (I3PT) and has the support of the Barcelona Provincial Council and the Employment Service of Catalonia. In the eleven editions of the Forum held so far, 525 companies and 175 research and investigation professionals have participated. At the same time, 178 innovation projects have been presented and 1.244 bilateral interviews have been arranged.
