The I3PT Taulí of Trustees appoints Lola Prados as the Institute's management director

The Taulí of Trustees of the Parc Taulí Research and Innovation Institute (I3PT) has formally appointed Lola Prados Cazorla as the new management director of the Institute at the meeting held this Wednesday, June 11.
Prados had already held this position in an acting capacity since January 2024 and now officially assumes responsibility at a key moment for the consolidation of I3PT as a benchmark in health research and innovation.
Lola Prados has a degree in Business Administration and Management from the Autonomous University of Barcelona (2000) and has additional training in the management of non-profit organizations, in health research and in team leadership. With a track record of more than 25 years of experience in the health sector, has developed a in-depth knowledge of the functioning of healthcare and biomedical research institutions.
Until the moment of his appointment, Prados has been responsible for the economic and budgetary management of the institute, and has led the management of human resources and work teams. He has also coordinated strategic areas such as training and information systems, in coordination with the central services of the Parc Taulí University Hospital.
She also actively participates in different working groups of the Catalan and national research system. She has been part of the working groups "Research Career" and "Labor Reform" of REGIC, as well as the Human Resources group of the CERCA institution. She is currently also president of the Monitoring Commission of the HRS4R seal and the Prevention and Health Committee of the I3PT, and serves as vice-secretary of the Taulí of Trustees of the Institute.
The Taulí of Trustees has highlighted that this appointment reinforces the institute's commitment to a solid, efficient governance structure oriented towards sustainable growth.
