The Parc Taulí Research and Innovation Institute (I3PT) has received the distinction "Equality in the Company" (DIE), awarded by Ministry of Equality to organizations that stand out for their leadership and active commitment to equal opportunities between women and men in the workplace.
The handover ceremony, chaired by the Minister of Equality, Ana Redondo García, was held this Thursday as part of the conference "Equality in business leadership: towards parity in decision-making. Breaking ceilings, multiplying talent", a meeting that brought together business leaders, institutional representatives and change agents who work for more equitable and transformative leadership.
Lola Prados, director of management of the I3PT, Pilar Medel, equality officer at Parc Taulí, collected the award during the award ceremony. As they highlighted, with “this recognition, the I3PT consolidates its commitment to move towards a fairer and more inclusive organizational culture, promoting plans, policies and actions that promote the balanced participation of women and men in all areas of research and management activity”.

This distinction is a mark of excellence awarded by the Ministry of Equality to companies and entities that stand out in the development of equality policies between women and men, through the implementation of equality plans and measures, in areas such as access to employment and working conditions, including work-life balance and co-responsibility measures, gender-focused remuneration policy, inclusive communication, the organizational model and Corporate Social Responsibility, among others.
