Research and innovation to combat COVID-19
Due to the global emergency situation we are currently experiencing, I3PT is devoting all its efforts to developing innovative solutions to help combat COVID-19.
These days, more than ever, we have seen the need to advance scientific knowledge against the global epidemic caused by the SARS-CoV-2 virus, which currently already affects more than 180 countries. That's why We ask the citizens to contribute their money to finance some of the most promising projects of our Institute.
These projects address the following challenges:
- Improve the diagnosis and prognosis of individuals with COVID-19.
- Develop effective treatments for the effects of SARS-CoV-2.
- Improve monitoring of COVID patients by avoiding the risk of contagion by healthcare professionals.
- Improve the communication of the COVID patients with their relatives.
