Tissue Bank Fees

For the performance of other processing or determinations, will be charged according to the type of study and lime contact the Biobank.

Services for the organization of courses, conferences and congresses

Trainings with free registration

• 15% of income (donations or contributions).

If the fee does not reach the minimum established by the I3PT, application of fixed rates:

Training with registration

• Courses and conferences: 15% of the income from registrations / donations / contributions, reaching a maximum of €2.250.
• Congresses: 15% of income from registrations / donations / contributions.
• Tasks FPT registrations and invoices: 5% of registrations.

Annex I

CONTRACT MANAGEMENT FEES FOR NON-COMMERCIAL RECERCA PROJECTS

The management of a contract for this type of study becomes mandatory in order to establish the conditions under which these will be carried out, especially as regards the personal data of the patients subject to the study, given that the data that is collected and transferred is health-related and therefore particularly sensitive; financial conditions, if applicable; and/or conditions on the ownership of the research results, if applicable.
It is for this reason that the Parc Taulí Research and Innovation Institute Foundation establishes the following conditions for the completion of the studies:
1) Mandatory contract signature for any type of study
2) The corresponding payment of the fees corresponding to this management, differentiated and independent from the fees of the CEIm

1. Mandatory signature of the statement responsible for research without commercial intent.
2. Mandatory to sign a contract with each centre.

• As long as the project has a commercial spirit, the exemption or reduction of contract fees will not apply
• If the project does not have a commercial spirit, the CEIm fee exemption will apply
• If the project is from a spin-off participated by the I3PT or obeys a shared risk contract with the industry, exemption from CEIm fees will apply
• Projects with a commercial spirit will not have exemption and/or reduction of contract fees
• In the rest of the cases, projects without commercial intent, may be exempt from contract fees if they accept the I3PT contract model.
• In case of substantial modification, a reduction in contract fees will apply.
• In case of non-commercial I3PT internal projects in which only one center participates, there will be a fee waiver. If this is not the case, and there is more than one center, the corresponding contract rates will apply.
• Finally, in shared risk projects, if there will be an exemption from contract fees because returns will be agreed in case of success of the project results
