Management staff
According to the “Review of the Criteria in relation to the obligations of active advertising in matters of administration and public service established in Law 19/2014, of December 29" (CTIGO 28/10/2016), is understood as management staff of entities in the instrumental public sector of the Generalitat of Catalonia, exclusively for the purposes of Law 19/2014, persons who:
“1. They occupy positions of maximum managerial or executive responsibility (which report directly to the Taulí of Directors or governing body), or
2. They have signed a senior management or commercial employment contract, or
3. They occupy positions qualified as managers in the corresponding Statutes or rules of creation or regulation
Likewise, for the purposes of Law 19/2014, of December 29, on transparency, access to public information and good governance, those who:
4. They have signed an employment contract outside of an agreement, and, among the responsibilities and functions assigned, one or more of the following appear:
- Participate in the formulation and execution of public policies and in the design and application of regulations within the competence of the same department or the corresponding entity.
- Participate in strategic planning and carry out operational planning of the functions assigned to you.
- Ability to externally engage the organization
5. They have a sole or main dedication to the entity, and have the capacity to commit the organization externally.

It is understood by remuneration the financial compensation that a person receives for their work.
To compensation, the amounts that may be received for the provision of services. These include, among others, compensation for travel expenses, compensation for the use of any means of transport for the provision of services, compensation for forced transfer of residence from the usual place of work with a change of location, attendance rights for participation in personnel selection tribunals or in the practice of aptitude tests, for collaboration in courses and activities for training and further training of personnel organized by the Public Administration and for attendance at meetings of its collegiate bodies or boards of directors of its public sector entities.
