It is a 6-bed hospital device where the detoxification of the various psychoactive substances is carried out, as well as other interventions, with a short period of stay in those cases in which outpatient treatment is not viable . The unit is structurally different from other inpatient devices.

Most of the revenue in this unit is scheduled, but emergency income is also available when, in addition to substance use disorder, there is a risk situation that warrants an urgent income. Alcohol, opiate, cocaine, benzodiazepine and other psychotropic substances are detoxified.
